I tailor my massages to meet the needs of my individual client.  I personally guarantee that you will NOT receive a 'cookie cutter' massage from me.    Each massage I perform is a unique experience based on your needs that day.  I specialize in chronic pain and head/neck/shoulder work.  I have been called the 'Headache Whisperer' by a large number of clients who suffer from migraines.  I am a detail oriented massage therapist, loving the nook and cranny work along the back of the head and entire neck (areas that traditionally trigger headaches).

My priority is addressing your body's issues in a professional, caring and safe environment.  I have nearly a decade of experience and have trained in several modalities over the years which means I have a large 'tool chest' of techniques which I utilize to address any body issue you have. 

Hawaiian Massage, Medical Cupping, Cranial Sacral, Myofascial Release Techniques, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue,  Oncology Appropriate, Percussive Therapy, Therapeutic and Prenatal Massage are several of the areas I have advanced training in.
